Pricing & Payment

Please email us at info@idivajewels.globalprofessionals.in for terms of delivery outside India. All orders will be processed only on advance payment of the entire consideration amount. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, the entire amount deposited shall be refunded in full. We have attempted to display our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, the customer is advised to be aware of the possibility of minor variations in colour, etc. in the actual product.

Delivery Schedule

1.Domestic parcels will be dispatched and delivered within 7-15 days of receipt of payment .

2.Delay due to unforeseen circumstances /holidays /postal rules , flight rescheduling , might occur and have to be taken into consideration.

3.Those who choose to access this website from outside India are responsible for compliance with applicable Indian laws .

4.The terms and conditions for all customers shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws of India.

The Courts of Delhi shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement . 

Customer’s Representations

• The customer agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information about itself as and when required.
• idiva Jewels reserves the right to suspend or terminate any order in case any information supplied is not correct and complete.
• In the event that a delivery fails on account of wrong information provided by the customer, any extra cost incurred by idiva Jewels for re-delivery shall be on account of the customer.
• By placing an order for a product on this website, the customer represents that it has checked the product description carefully, and agrees to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description. Products taken on discount or sale are not applicable for exchange/return or refund . 

Cancellation By idiva Jewels

idiva Jewels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If case of any cancellation, the entire amount deposited shall be repaid in full, as early as possible, without interest

Cancellation By Customer

Please send any requests for cancellation/modification of an order to info@idivajewels.globalprofessionals.in. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted and parcel dispatched, no cancellation or modification shall be permitted. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case the goods received by the customer are found to be damaged or different from the order placed, the customer is required to immediately contact Idiva Jewels at info@idivajewels.globalprofessionals.in and return the product to within 24 hours of receipt and send a picture of the damaged product. The customer shall send the damaged product through a reliable courier and inform the details to idiva Jewels immediately through email. The amount paid for damaged goods shall be refunded in case the customer’s claim is found to be true.

Sizing

Information about the length, width and diameter is given in inches or centimeters. There may be very minor variation in the actual product which is unavoidable. For rings and bangles the inner diameter should be checked for the size.

• The sales runs till stocks lasts. Duration of sales and pricing during a sale is in the sole discretion of idiva Jewels.
• No return or Exchange will be accepted on sales / discounted items.
